Improve Culture through Education
Our self-paced online courses start at just $40 per license. Choose from three levels: basic, intermediate, and a specialized course for managers and leaders. Our foundational course is currently available in English, and inclusive French and Spanish. Each engaging course takes approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete and includes downloadable, high-quality workbooks to enhance learning and retention.

Our programs on strategy empower leaders with TransFocus' expertise, and the self-paced modules are designed to foster greater gender inclusion. These specialized programs delve into systemic challenges and provides practical solutions proven to be successful in other organizations. Through insightful explainer videos and downloadable resources, leaders will gain best practices for creating inclusive communications, information systems, washrooms, and procedures.

Senior Instructor (English and French) Hélène Frohard-Dourlent (They/She), PhD
Hélène has over 10 years of experience leading educational and organizational change initiatives focused on equity and inclusion. Hélène pairs their research background with their facilitation skills to create more inclusive and responsive organizational contexts for all people regardless of gender. Hélène is a bilingual nerd who loves talking about inclusive survey design, the emergence of non-binary language in French, and trans-inclusive policies.
Instructor (Spanish) Mirko Ornielli (He/Him), MA
Mirko se formó en Ciencias Internacionales y Diplomáticas, y también tiene un Máster en Estudios de Género y LGTBIQ+. Desde 2014 se dedica a la formación y a dar talleres sobre diversidad sexual y de género.

Kai is a social scientist who has devoted his 15-year career to solving complex social
issues. He uses a blend of discovery and reflective approaches to bring greater understanding and clarity to issues of gender diversity. He is also a transgender man who shares stories from his personal experiences.
